Levrai is operated by Levrai, Ontario, Canada. This policy explains in plain language what personal information we collect, why, and the choices you have. It is written to align with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What we collect

• Your account email address, if you create an account.
• The images and videos you upload for analysis.
• Usage counts, so we can apply plan limits.
• Your payment status (for example, whether your subscription is active). Card details are handled by Stripe — we never see or store them.

How your uploads are used

Uploaded files are sent to our detection provider (Hive) and to our own model for analysis. Files are deleted from our storage after analysis.

Service providers

• Hive — AI detection.
• Stripe — payments.
• Our hosting and database provider — running the service and storing account data.

These providers only receive what they need to perform their service for us.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing support@levrai.ai. We'll respond within the timelines required by PIPEDA.
